Physical Description

Garrel is small, wiry, quick-footed, pale-eyed, and has mud-colored hair cut close to his head.

Background

Garrel comes from a poor holding near the Saltspear, though he is no crannogman despite the name. He carries more knives than seems sensible and can vanish into reeds with ease.
